The Young Agency's story begins in 2012 with David Young, a determined entrepreneur who, after 10 years of mentorship from one of the largest real estate brokerages in the state, decided it was time to take the leap. At just 28 years old, armed with a $3,000 loan from his grandparents (a copy of the check still hangs in his office to this day), David opened the doors to a small real estate office in his hometown. With his mother by his side, who obtained her real estate license to assist with the business, they set out on a mission to succeed in a highly competitive and aggressive industry, despite the odds stacked against them.

From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader:
Starting with humble roots, The Young Agency quickly outgrew its small beginnings. Today, it is one of the largest independent real estate firms in the area, a testament to the hard work, perseverance, and deep family values that have driven its success.
