Dean was born and raised in the charming rural community of Jordan, NY, where he attended Jordan-Elbridge High School. Following graduation, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Le Moyne College. During his college years, Dean launched his first business, providing storage solutions for fellow students. His trustworthiness and approachable demeanor were key factors in the success of this venture.
Inspired by his early experiences in entrepreneurship and management, Dean continued his education and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Le Moyne. Simultaneously, he gained valuable practical experience in sales and management at several well-established organizations.
Outside of work, Dean cherishes spending time with his family, working on cars with his dad, and pursuing his passion for music. Since picking up the guitar at age nine, he has enjoyed performing solo, collaborating with his wife, and playing in various ensembles at weddings, cocktail hours, and events of all kinds. His musical journey has provided him with ample opportunities to connect with diverse individuals, significantly enhancing his interpersonal and business skills.
