Mary Ann Giusti-Young, a native of the Finger Lakes region, began her academic journey at Auburn High School before pursuing a business degree at Cayuga County Community College.
With a strong background in customer service and previous experience working for Seneca County, Mary Ann’s proudest achievement has been raising her two sons as a dedicated stay-at-home mother. In 2008, she earned her real estate license, gaining valuable insights from her son and mentor, David. Since then, she has become deeply involved in the residential real estate market, focusing on both sales and rentals. Currently, she serves as the exclusive property manager for several local landlords, maintaining an extensive inventory of houses and apartments for rent throughout the area. Her in-depth knowledge of local property values and rental markets is a significant asset to those looking to buy, sell, or lease.
Outside of the office, Mary Ann is passionate about staying active and considers herself a “gym rat.” She also has a love for animals, enjoys traveling, and spends quality time with her family on their boat. Her commitment to her work has allowed her to cultivate lasting business relationships, with many clients becoming close personal friends.
